Admission Details

  1. The school management reserves to itself the right to admit or refuse pupils seeking admission to the school without furnishing any reasons whatsoever. Similarly, the management decides when the question of retaining a student in the class arises.
  2. No child less than three and half years of age on the admission day will be admitted to LKG.
  3. When filling the form of application for admission the guardians are requested to enter all particulars, with the greatest possible accuracy.
  4. A transfer Certificate must be produced by all candidates who have previously attended any school and countersigned by the inspector of schools. Pupils seeking admission in higher classes may be tested on the syllabus of the standard below the one for which they seek admission. Admission is confirmed only after the submission of the latest Progress Card from the school last attended.
  5. For fresh admission a Birth Certificate or Baptism certificate should accompany the application. No change in the name and date of birth is permitted later.
  6. If the documents required for the admission are not attached with the admission form, the application form will not be accepted and the admission will be cancelled without any notification.
  7. Admission is formally completed only when the Form has been filled and submitted to the office and school dues are paid and the form is signed by the principal. Payment of fees, writing the entrance text or an interview does not necessarily mean that admission is granted.
  8. Admission cannot be claimed as a matter or right. Any attempt to use influence, unfair means or recommendation for admission will lead to automatic disqualification. The school does not have any agents for admission.

WITHDRAWAL

  1. Before withdrawing a student from the school, a calendar month’s notice in writing is to be given and an advance of two months fee is to be paid
  2. No leaving certificate is issued until all dues to the school, have been paid in full.
  3. A pupil failing in a class twice must discontinue her studies in the school.
  4. A fee of Rs.100/- should be paid for the T.C.
If the transfer certificate is urgently required due to unavoidable circumstances, it may be issued on payment of an additional amount of Rs. 400.
